PACKAGE PRICE EXCLUDES:

  • Flight ticket or transportation from origin
  • Guide and boat crew tipping
  • Entrance fee Komodo (Domestic at IDR 173,000 net per person, Foreigner at IDR 500,000)
  • Personal Expenses

 

PAYMENT POLICY:
  • Payment can received by Cash  ( USD, IDR, GBP, EURO) in full amount of invoice.
  • Payment through Bank Transfer (USD only) should received in full amount of invoice, its mean the Bank admin fee will be born to the sender.
  • Payment should be received at least 7 days before.
  • If your already stay in Bali, our staff can help to collect the cash payment.
  • Payment with other currency will convert based on daily exchange rate.
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Cancellation with 80% refund applied for cancellation 3 days before date of program.
  • Cancellation with 50% refund applied for cancellation 2 days before date of program.
  • No refund will applied for cancellation 1 day before and same date of program.
 
REFUND POLICY:
  • For those who paid in Cash and Bank Transfer you will receive your refund at least one day after (working days). 
  • For those who paid through credit card, you will receive your refund through the credit card issued. However the period process will be depend to Intermediate Banks and some admin fee will deducted by the Intermediate Banks. 
  • Please note that all cancellation and refunds must be requested in person by the guest by writen meet, written email, text, phone call.
