• Bali Ocean walker is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problem, people is respiratory problem, currently has a sinus problem, recently has ear infection, has claustrophobia problem.

• Bali Ocean Walker at some time (depend on wind, weather and tide chart of water condition) will be transfer some guest to the pontoon thru other side of beach (Transfer by Bali Ocean Walker Transports).

• Additional charge will applied for return transport from hotel to Bali Water Sport available at USD 30 net/car ( 4 seater car) valid pick up and return area of Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Tuban, Jimbaran, Pecatu, Sanur, Ubud.

• Group Booking valid for minimum 15 person.
• Group Booking should be made at least 25 working days before date of activities.

• Payment can received by Cash  ( USD, IDR, GBP, EURO) in full amount of invoice.
• Payment through Bank Transfer (USD or IDR only) should received in full amount of invoice, its mean the Bank admin fee will be born to the sender.
• Payment should be received at least 3 days before.
• If your already stay in Bali, our staff can help to collect the cash payment.
• Payment with other currency will convert based on daily exchange rate.

• Cancellation with 50% refund applied for cancellation 2 days before date of activities.
• No refund (100% cancellation) will applied for cancellation 1 day before, same date of play, and no show player.

• For those who paid in Cash and Bank Transfer you will receive your refund at least one day after (working days). 
• For those who paid through credit card, you will receive your refund through the credit card issued. However the period process will be depend to Intermediate Banks and some admin fee will deducted by the Intermediate Banks. 
• Please note that all cancellation and refunds must be requested in person by the guest by meet, written email, text, phone call.
